There are 7 workout sessions in the system. 3 cardio fat burning sessions and 4 body sculpting sessions on 4 DVDs with easy-to-follow instructions.
WORKOUTS:
1. Cardio Classic

3. Cardio Blast
HIGH ENERGY..EXPLOSIVE..FAT-BURNING!! In this session, Gilad combines classic aerobic moves with kickboxing and striking moves. Safe and easy to follow, this workout is designed to maximize fat-burning!

4. Hips, Thighs, & Buns
Redefine your “Bottom Line”… In this session, Gilad will reshape your entire bottom line from the buttocks… to the hips… to the thighs. Gilad emphasizes proper form and varies the body position throughout the routine for maximal results. A set of dumbbells (3-10 lbs.) is recommended.
