Pilates At Home – Exercise One – Foot Pedals

Learning Pilates At Home can be puzzling so I’m in the process of making some videos to help you. The first one is a simple standing exercise called Foot Pedals which is designed to strengthen your calves, ankles and feet, and work on your pelvic stability.
Never start any exercise program without checking with your health professional first. Lets be safe people!
