I enjoyed this DVD. All of the routines were easy to learn and I felt the results immediately. It initially went a little fast for me since I don’t know how to do pilates, but once I learned the routines, it was easy to do.
5 Stars Pilates band is included!
Great DVD! I was extremely happy when it arrived and a pilates band was included. When I placed the order, I didn’t notice the purple circle on the DVD cover saying it was included. Before buying the DVD, I rented it and purchased three variable strength 5 ft bands through eBay. I was frustrated when I tried them out because they were all too short, even though I read that 5 ft. was perfect for my height 5’7″. Anyways, the band included with this DVD is the perfect length. I can’t wait to use it.

I have tried quite a few Pilates Video for something to fill me in at home when I cant make class. This is a great Beg/ Int. one.
It is a perfect mix of Toning & Pilates. The 50 min goes by fast working EVERYTHING or you can break it up into 10 min of what you want to concentrate on. It is new too so you don’t feel like your doing an 80s jazzercise. Susan is sweet too. I’d highly recommend
